Bernd is Founder and CEO of BeBa Group, which has installed over 600 MWp of solar PV (both ground-mounted and 3,000+ rooftop systems) and 800+ MW of onshore wind.

Paul Okan-Adjetey
Paul has over 15 years in the renewable energy and environmental sectors in Ghana, with deep knowledge of policy and regulatory frameworks. He has worked with the German Chamber of Commerce (AHK), GIZ, and other donor organizations in Africa. He is a certified project manager.
Installation Manager
Eric Quarshie
Eric is a licensed solar installation manager with 20 years’ experience in engineering, project management, and construction supervision of solar projects across West Africa. He holds an engineering diploma from the City and Guilds of London Institute.

Fatimata Sanogo
Fatimata is a renewable energy and business development expert based in Côte d’Ivoire, with over 10 years of experience in solar energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable development across West Africa, including 5 years with GIZ in Senegal and Burkina Faso. She is certified in climate finance and renewable energy by the Frankfurt School.

Tarun Soni
Tarun holds a degree in electrical engineering and has over 10 years of international experience in the renewable energy sector and possesses excellent technical, managerial, and analytical skills. He has notably worked for Dornier Suntrace (Germany) and as a consultant for various development finance institutions (DFIs). He has participated in various projects related to owner’s engineering, technical design review, and technical due diligence
About Us
We are a renewable energy company from Germany with over 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, and operation of solar power plants and wind parks in Germany and beyond (BeBa Group).
In 2016, we launched BeBa Africa, a solar project developer and turnkey EPC contractor, to focus on Sub-Saharan Africa, driven by its vast solar potential, rising electricity demand, and the need for sustainable, cost-effective energy solutions. Our mission is to deliver reliable and affordable solar power, empowering Commercial & Industrial customers to reduce their energy costs.
Our key focus is in West Africa, where we have installed over 4 MWp of capacity, as well as Kenya and Tanzania in East Africa. We operate locally in Ghana through our subsidiary, BeBa Africa Energy Ltd.
